Chairman Speech In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. The blessings and peace of Allah be upon our Master Muhammad, his family, his companions, and his followers.

Honorable members of the State Council,
May the Peace, Mercy and Blessing of Allah be Upon you. We are pleased to welcome you to the 4th regular session of the 2nd annual session from the 6th term, where the regular periodic reports will be presented to you, and we will discuss the study of the Economic Committee on “challenges of developing private sector and labor market policies”, as well as the desire of the Committee of Culture, Media and Tourism to study the topic of “Traditional Crafts between Reality and Ambition”.

We are valuing the efforts of the Economic Committee, its members and technical teams in preparing this study, which we hope to add a value in upgrading this important sector.

We ask Allah to crown our works to achieve the Council’s objectives and contribute to enhance the development process in the country under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said- May Allah protect him.
