Chairman Speech In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. The blessings and peace of Allah be upon our Master Muhammad, his family, his companions, and his followers.
Honorable members of the State Council,
May the Peace, Mercy and Blessing of Allah be Upon you. We are pleased to welcome you to the opening of the 5th regular session of the 2nd annual session from the 6th term of the State Council, during which, God willing, we will discuss the draft law of Cultural Heritage that has been transmitted by the Council of Ministers, and the report of the Culture, Media and Tourism Committee and Shura Council on the same.
Also, we will look at some reports related to the works of the Council. We ask Allah to crown our works to achieve the Council’s objectives and contribute to enhance the development process in the country under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said- May Allah protect him.
