Delegation of Omani side of the Omani-Jordanian Friendship Committee arrives in Jordon

The Omani delegation of the Oman-Jordanian Friendship Committee headed by Hon.Mohammed Hamed Ali Al Masruri, head of the Committee, was received in Jordon by H.E. Nayef Alhadeed, HE Ghazi Al Tayeb, Member of the Jordanian Omani Brothers Committee; Jordan and HE Khamis bin Mohammed Al Farsi, Ambassador for Sultanate of Oman in Jordon.
The Omani delegation of the Omani-Jordanian Friendship Committee from the State Council headed by Hon.Mohammed Hamed Ali Al Masruri, head of the Committee, arrived on Sunday in Jordon, on an official five-day long visit, in response to an invite received from the Jordanian Senate. The delegation was received on arrival at Queen Alia International Airport by H.E. Nayef Alhadeed, Chairman of the Omani Jordanian Brothers Committee; HE Ghazi Al Tayeb, Member of the Jordanian Omani Brothers Committee; Jordan and HE Khamis bin Mohammed Al Farsi, Ambassador for Sultanate of Oman in Jordon. Hon.Mohammed Hamed Ali Al Masruri, said in a statement that the visit aims to consolidate brotherly relations and enhance the existing cooperation between the two countries in all fields, especially in parliamentary relations. Jordan is seeking to open new horizons for bilateral cooperation between the two brotherly countries, thus contributing to deepening the existing ties between them. In a similar statement, H.E.Nayef Al Hadeed hailed the deep historical ties between the Sultanate and Jordan, and praised the role of the Committee in strengthening cooperation between the two brotherly countries in various fields. He highlighted the importance of mutual visits in creating and opening new avenues of bilateral cooperation to serve the interests of the two countries. The itinerary of the visit includes meetings with a number of officials, a session of talks between the two sides as well as a visit to a number of historical and civilization landmarks in Jordan. The visit comes within the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries in various fields, enhancing and developing parliamentary relations and exchanging information and experience between them. The delegation includes members of the Omani-Jordanian Parliamentary Friendship Committee, namely: Hon.Dr. Muna Bint Abdullah Al Bahrania, the Hon. Dr. Bakhit Bin Ahmed Suhail Al-Mahri, the Hon. Saif bin Ali Shaikhan Al Amiri, the Sheikh Nasser bin Saeed Al Haddabi and the Hon.Mariam Issa Mohammed Al Zadjali and public relations personnel.
