Legal Com.confers about the draft Foreign Capital Investment Law & Bankruptcy Law

The Legal Committee at the State Council on Monday, discussed the reports of the Economic Committee on the draft Foreign Capital Investment Law and the Bankruptcy Law, forwarded by the government. The Economic Committee of the Council is currently studying the draft laws and the Legal committee focussed its attention on the Legal aspect of the two projects. The Committee members and the Secretariat staff attended the fourteenth meeting of the Committee; headed by Hon.Abdul Qadir bin Salim Al Dhahab, Head of the Committee. During the meeting, the minutes of the previous meeting and the follow-up report of the decisions taken were approved
