Legal Committee discusses the proposal to study and review the Notary Public Law

Today, the Legal Committee of the State Council discussed its proposal on the study and review of  the Notary Public Law issued by Royal Decree No. (40/2003).
During the sixth meeting of the first annual session of the seventh period, chaired by Hon. Dr. Rashid bin Salim bin Rashid al Badi, Committee Head, in the presence of honorable committee members and several General Secretariat employees of the   Council.
The committee also briefed on the report to follow up on the procedures implemented at the committee's third meeting of the first annual session of the seventh term and in addition ratified the minutes of the same meeting.
