Legal Committee discusses General Framework for Completion of Study of "Land Laws of the Sultanate"

The Legal Committee’s third meeting of the first annual session of the seventh term at the State Council focused on the general framework for completing the study and review of “Land laws of the Sultanate” on Monday.

The Committee meeting, headed by Hon.Dr Rashid bin Salim bin Rashid Al Badi, Committee Head and held in the presence of the honorable committee members and several secretariat staff discussed the proposals and notes on studying and reviewing some Land laws and relating legislations of the Sultanate.

The meeting reviewed the assessment of the follow-up of the decisions taken at its second meeting, in addition to approving the minutes of the same meeting.
