It its arbitrated quarterly publication and a window and a bridge for communication, an important cultural resource and a channel for communication with parliamentarians in different parts of the world. The fourth issue of the Shurafat includes several subjects and is primarily devoted to monitoring the development of the shura process in the Sultanate. It includes a number of topics related to the parliamentary affairs, initiated by HE.Dr.Yahya bin Mahfoudh Al Manthri, Chairman of the State Council and the Secretary General of the State Council and the Editor-in-Chief of the magazine.
