State Council Chairman arrives in Khartoum at the start of an official visit to Sudan

H.E.Dr.Yahya bin MahfoudH Al-Manthri, Chairman of the State Council and his accompanying delegation arrived in Sudan on Sunday on a two-day official visit in response to an invitation of Dr. Omar Suleiman Waneis, President of the Council of States of Sudan.
The State Council Chairman and his accompanying delegation were received upon arrival at Khartoum Airport by the President of the Council of States and a number of the Council leaders. The visit comes as part of efforts to strengthen the existing good relations existing between the two brotherly nations and enhance their joint cooperation, especially in the parliamentary fields. They were seen off at the Muscat International Airport by Hon.Sheikh Dr. Al Khatab bin Ghalib Al- Hinai, State Council Vice Chairman , and H.E Dr. Khalid bin Salim Al Saidi, Secretary General of the Council and H.E.Ahmed Al Siddiq Ahmed Abdul Hai, Ambassador of Sudan to the Sultanate. The delegation comprised of honorable members of the Council, including: Hon.Muna Abdullah Saleh Al Bahrani, Hon.Said Nasser Juma Al Maskary, Hon.Rayya Salim Said Al Manthari, Hon.Sheikh Khalid Saif Nasser Al-Ghafri, Hon.Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al Shamsi and Hon.Said Ali Salim Al Kalbani.
