Culture, Information and Tourism Committee discuss “Omani digital cultural content"

The  Culture, Information and Tourism Committee of the State Council, reviewed  on Wednesday, the proposals of the honourable committee members of the committee tasked to  study the "Omani Digital Cultural Content".
 
The ninth meeting of the committee for the first annual session of the seventh term, headed by Hon.Dr Aisha bint Hamad bin Said al Darmakiyah, Head of the committee, was held in the presence of honorable committee members and several General Secretariat staff.
 
The study aims to promote awareness of identity and belonging, and pay attention to cultural content, its description and analysis and employ it as an educational and information material to strengthen the society and supporting its own strength so to meet challenges.

At the end of the meeting, the Committee was briefed about the follow-up report of the measures implemented at its previous meeting, as well as the approval of the minutes of the same meeting.
