Technological and Innovation Committee discuss formation of sub-committees

The Technological and Innovation Committee of the State Council at its fourth meeting for the first annual session of the seventh term discussed the formation of sub-committees to study the committee's topics and develop an action plan for them. 

The meeting headed by Hon.Dr.Maryam Abdullah Rajab Al-Awadi, Committee Head, was held in the presence of the honorable committee members and several General Secretariat employees.

It is worth noting that the Council approved at its fourth ordinary sitting of the first annual session of the seventh term several proposals that the Technology and Innovation Committee intends to study during the current annual session. 

These include, draft law on investment in technology and innovation, draft law on cybersecurity and the reality of intellectual property in the Sultanate through legislation and policies regulating it.
