State Council’s Legal Committee meets

The committee discussed the proposal about regularizing the relationship between the property owners and tenants of the commercial and industrial shops. It also reviewed its proposal for studying the ‘litigation procedures before the courts and impediments for judgments execution.
The State Council Legal Committee today held its 5th meeting of the second annual sitting of the sixth term under the chair of Hon.Abdul Qadir bin Salim bin Abdulllah Al Dhahab, Deputy Head of the Legal Committee. The Committee reviewed the incoming letter from the State Council Bureau about revising some laws that have been issued before the promulgation of the Basic Law of the State and remained without any change. It also reviewed the proposal of the legal committee for studying the ‘litigation procedures before the courts and impediments for judgments execution. The committee also discussed the proposal presented by one of the State Council honorable members on the Royal Decree No.6/89 about regularizing the relationship between the property owners and tenants of the commercial and industrial shops. It also discussed the items listed on the agenda and took appropriate decisions in their regard.
