Vice-Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly of Indonesia visits Sultanate

Dr. Muhammad Hidayat Nour Wahid, Vice Chairman of the People’s Consultative Assembly of Indonesia and his accompanying delegation arrived in Muscat, on Sunday evening for an official two-day long visit aimed at deepening the relations between the two countries.
The delegation was received at Muscat International Airport by Hon.Sheikh Al Khattab bin Ghalib Al-Hinai, Deputy Chairman of the State Council, Hon.Saleh Mohamed Talib Al Zakwani, Member of State Council and H.E Dr. Khalid bin Salim Al Saidi, Secretary-General of the State Council and Indonesian Ambassador to Oman, Musthofa Taufik Abdul Latif. The visit comes within the framework of positive bilateral relations between the Sultanate and Indonesia, and the two countries' keenness to strengthen the existing cooperation between them in several fields. During the trip, Dr.Muhammad is due to hold meetings with a number of officials.
