Performance Management Training program : To enable better employee performance

The Human Resources Department within the Assistant Secretariat General for Administrative and Financial Affairs, organised today a two training programs.
Today’s program entitled, ‘Corporate Performance Management’, was attended by the Directors, Deputy Directors, Session Heads.
The workshop Facilitator was Dr. Jamil Jodat Abu Al Ainain, Training Expert in Management. The two training programmes for the staff of the Council, as part of the preparation for the implementation of the performance management system as an input for the evaluation of staff and is important for monitoring, diagnosing problems and making decisions. Day two of the training program will be focussed on "Design Performance and objectives".
