Legal Com. discusses legal aspects of draft law on public-private partnership and privatization

The sixteenth Legal Committee meeting of the State Council on Wednesday discussed the reports of the Economic Committee on the draft law on Privatization and the draft law of Public-Private Partnership forwarded by the Council of Ministers currently being studied by the Economic Committee.
The Legal Committee is tasked to discuss the legal aspects related to the two draft laws. The Legal Committee meeting held on Wednesday was headed by Hon.Abdul Qadir bin Salim Al Dhahab, Head of the Committee, in the presence of the honourable members of the Committee. During the meeting, the Committee noted the follow-up report on the decisions taken at its previous meeting as well as the approved the minutes of its earlier meeting.
