Legal Committee discusses the proposal to study and review the Notary Public Law

The Legal Committee of the State Council discussed on Monday its proposal for the study and review of the Notary Public Law issued by Royal Decree No. (40/2003).
The fourth meeting of the first annual session of the seventh term headed by Hon. Dr. Rashid bin Salim bin Rashid Al Badi, Committee Head was held in the presence of the honourable members of the Committee and several secretariat staff.
The committee was briefed about the report to follow up on the procedures implemented at the committee's third meeting of the first annual session of the seventh term and in addition ratified the minutes of the same meeting.
